Now my local dentist tells me that the last upper left molar has to be extracted, so that there will be no anchor at the rear for the bridgework. I would propose that you extract that last molar and put a prosthetic tooth into the bone replacing that last molar, ao that a bredgework can be made to attach a new removable bridgework.
