Prisma Dental is proud and honored to be among the first medical facilities in Costa Rica to be accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities International (AAAASFI).

Prisma dentists and staff are participating this week in the first Latin American Global Medicine and Wellness Congress this week in San Jose, Costa Rica. We have no comment on the political controversy, but we appreciate the recognition of the quality of health care in Costa Rica. Mr. Limbaugh is welcome to stop by Prisma Dental for a checkup any time.

So last night, Prisma Dental’s international patient coordinator, Tiffany Kofroth, had the brilliant idea of putting Prisma on Facebook to provide a friendly place for friends and past, present and future patients to interact, share their stories, get questions answered and generally mingle. By this morning, Prisma already had 114 friends — just a fraction of the thousands of people over the years who have had dental work done at the clinic in San Jose, but pretty astonishing for just 12 hours!

The No. 1 medical tourism dental site in the world, according to Alexa.com, is Prisma Dental. Alexa is probably the top company for measuring global Internet traffic.

We hope and trust that Demi Moore had a great dentist, and want to let her know she and Ashton would be very welcome to stop in for a checkup at Prisma Dental the next time they are in Costa Rica!
